Privacy Policy
Effective July 29, 2026
This policy explains how Memero handles information when you use its AI photo-restoration service.
Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide, purchase and credit records, service diagnostics, and the photographs and restoration notes you choose to upload.
How photographs are processed
Uploaded photographs and restoration instructions are sent to our AI processing provider, OpenRouter, to create the requested result. Supabase provides authentication, database, and private file storage. Stripe processes payments; Memero does not store complete card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, authenticate you, process restorations and payments, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Original and restored photographs remain in your private archive until you delete an individual restoration or your account. Limited payment records may be retained after account deletion when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Your choices
You can delete individual photographs from My Restorations and permanently delete your account from Settings. You may also contact support to request access, correction, or deletion assistance.
Security
Photographs are stored in a private bucket and accessed through short-lived signed links. No online service is risk-free, so please avoid uploading material you do not have permission to use.
Children
Memero is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their account information. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child created an account.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here. Questions can be sent to support@memero.app.
